Shop Local Sask is an online multivendor marketplace that allows you to shop from local businesses in your Saskatchewan City. We’ve created this marketplace to help develop a better Saskatchewan local economy by providing a solution to support local businesses just like you were shopping on Amazon or any other ecommerce platform.

All of our Shop Local Sask Vendors have Contactless Local Pickup procedures in place to ensure that all orders and interactions on the Shop Local Sask platform abide by World Health Organization and Government of Canada health policies.

It’s incredibly easy to reset your password on the Shop Local Sask website. All you need to do is navigate to this URL and enter your username or email and hit “Reset password” a password reset link will be sent out to your email on your account.

Order & Returns FAQ

It’s absolutely safe to pay with credit card on Shop Local Sask. We use Stripe and Paypal as our certified payment processors as they are trusted by some of the biggest brands in the world like Uber, Ebay, Etc.

Ordering from Shop Local Sask is as easy as ordering on any other platform! Head on over to My Account to register for your account and shop for local products in your city. Find a product and add it to your cart to proceed with your purchase. At the checkout you will select local pickup and pay for your order! Wait for the vendor to confirm your order. Once your product is ready, you will receive an email, then head on down to the store to get your products!

If you would like to cancel your purchase, please contact the vendor that the items were purchased directly. The best way to contact a Vendor is through our online support button within their store page. To find this you can go to: 1. My Account > Orders 2. Select the order you want to return 3. Select the Vendor store name from that order 4. Select “Get Support” on the right-hand side If there are further issues with the refund, please contact us

You can use our Order Tracking tool to search for your order status. Simply type in your order ID and email address and it will showcase your order status to you.

If you would like to return your purchase, please contact the vendor that the items was purchased from. The best way to contact a Vendor is through our online support button within their store page. To find this you can go to:

  1. My Account > Orders
  2. Select the order you want to return
  3. Select the Vendor store name from that order
  4. Select “Get Support” on the right hand side

Option 1

  • You can see your order status by going to the Orders section of your account and it will show you a list of order statuses.

Option 2

  • You can use our Order Tracking tool to search for your order status. Simply type in your order ID and email address and it will showcase your order status to you.

Yes, you can order from Multiple Vendors all at the same time. Right now we only offer Store Pickup so you will need to proceed to pick up the item from each Vendor you order from.
